To be dump by Love is the most dreadful pain to suffer

You have to manage it.
Love comes and love goes.
If you cannot get the best,
Go out and look for the second best, or the third best.
Life goes on.
Do anything,
But don’t sit in the room and suffer.

And remember this poem by George Wither. (1588–1667)

 The Shepherd’s Resolution

Shall I, wasting in despair,
Die because a woman ’s fair?
Or make pale my cheeks with care,
 ’Cause another’s rosy are?
Be she fairer than the day,
Or the flowery meads in May,

If she slights me when I woo,
I shall scorn and let her go,

If she be not FOR me,
What care I for WHOM she be!

 Finally,
Try not to dump too many girls.
But if you have to dump, dump!
But be conscious of the pain you cause.
Try and keep the friendship at a lower intensity.
Above all, do not marry and carry on a relationship because you feel obligated.
Remember that many people divorce even after 10 years of marriage,
they could not put up with the obligation any longer.

Sometimes, your parents/friends expect you continue with
a relationship that has gone stale for too long.
It is easier to flow with their obligation.
It can be hard to break off a relationship
but if you feel you should break it, then do it.
Do not prolong a relationship that you do not wish to keep.
Do not prolong a relationship because you feel guilty to break it off.
