In 1997, TSB acted for vendors in the negotiation and sale of a large shopping/office complex valued at over $680 million. TSB is called to the bar in Western Australia and is a consultant to six listed companies in Sydney.

TSB played hockey and captained the cricket team for Johore Combined schools. He enjoys social tennis and golf. TSB is a Resource Panel Member of Singapore Parliamentary Committee for Education for five years.
